VICE has been around for many years. It started with as a independent journalistic magazine in 1996 and has a circulation of about 900,000 units worldwide.

It expanded into the online realm, as Viceland, and in 2007, backed with money from Viacom (MTV), Vice started VBS.tv. In November (2011), Vice consolidated both VBS.tv and Viceland into the VICE.com BETA. A great website with amazing content and edge-of-your-seat journalism !
